Bill White, who joined ProPhase Labs Inc. as chief financial officer in late May
the diagnostics and genomics business announced on Friday.
New York-based business said in a short filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that Mr. White's departure was unrelated to any problems with financial disclosures
According to ProPhase, Mr. White will get a separation payment of $10,000 as well as $90,000 for his consulting services
He will continue to work as a consultant through the end of the year.
In May, ProPhase announced that Monica Brady, who had served as the organization's chief financial officer since January 2019
will continue in her role as chief accounting officer following Mr. White's hiring.
