The latest attack against decentralised finance involved the $567 million hack of the Binance cryptocurrency exchange.

The business claimed in a blog post on Friday that a cyberattack on Thursday night allowed attackers to steal around $567 million from the cryptocurrency exchange Binance.

"We want to start by apologising to the community for the incident's exploit.

Binance CEO Changpeng "CZ" Zhao tweeted that there had been a "exploit," which caused the news to go viral on Twitter.

A cryptocurrency exchange is Binance.

It can be used by anyone to trade various kinds of digital currency.

The site also features a cryptocurrency called "BNB" that it refers to as a "native coin."
