The CEO of RSA Luxembourg, Lynn O'Leary, has been appointed
it was announced today by Intact Insurance Group USA LLC (Intact), doing business as Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions, and RSA Luxembourg S.A. (RSAL).
The appointment will take effect later this fall after a transition period and the receipt of regulatory approvals.
Rachel Conran, who has held this position since 2019, is replaced by Lynn.
Lynn O'Leary has worked for Intact for more than ten years and most recently served as the company's Chief Operations Officer, Global Specialty Lines.
She was crucial in establishing the strategy, priorities, and action plan for the Global Specialty Lines group.
